Robert Olson was one of three co-authors of this book. It was published as one of a series in Applied Behavioral Sciences for graduate students, faculty members, and experienced practitioners. From a public policy viewpoint, it examined how a large city dealt with earthquake damaged commercial and city-owned buildings in an economically depressed area.
